Awalnya dirilis sebagai single mandiri pada 7 September 2017, lagu ini termasuk dalam album studio kedelapan band Holy Hell, yang dirilis pada 9 November 2018.

Lagu Itu adalah materi baru pertama yang direkam oleh Architects sejak kematian gitaris utama dan penulis lagu utama asli mereka Tom Searle pada tahun 2016.

Lagu "Doomsday" ditulis dan diproduksi sendiri oleh band, dengan produksi tambahan dari kibordis Bring Me the Horizon, Jordan Fish.
